No. Minor glue traces at the shade edge are a normal result of the hand-bonding process used to assemble washi paper pendants. They are not a quality defect and do not affect the light performance or appearance when lit. How many bulbs does each size use? The four standard sizes (∅12.9"×H59.1", ∅16.9"×H55.1", ∅16.9"×H51.2") use 3 E26/E27 bulbs each. The ∅16.9"×H106.3" version uses 5 bulbs. A 59" (150 cm) adjustable cable is included. Extensions are available on request — contact us before ordering if you need a longer drop for high ceilings. What bulb do you recommend for the best look? A warm Edison filament bulb at 2700K is recommended.
