When do I pay?
Every new workspace starts with three calendar months free. Your country price is shown before signup. After that, each payment activates one month.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Payments are prepaid and do not renew automatically.
Who counts as a paid user?
Active workspace owners and internal staff. External customers and partners are excluded.
How is payment activated?
Use a payment method configured for your business country, then submit your receipt using the instructions in Billing. A superadmin verifies the payment before extending access.
What happens at expiry?
You see advance reminders. Once access expires, your workspace becomes read-only until verified payment extends access. Billing remains accessible.
