When do I pay?
Every new workspace starts with three calendar months free. Your country price is shown before signup. After that, each payment activates one month.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Payments are prepaid and do not renew automatically.
Who counts as a paid user?
Active workspace owners and internal staff. External customers and partners are excluded.
How is payment activated?
Pay through PayPal or an agreed transfer method and send your receipt manually on WhatsApp. Superadmin verifies the payment before extending access.
What happens at expiry?
You see advance reminders. Once access expires, your workspace becomes read-only until verified payment extends access. Billing remains accessible.
