Curva Sculptural Branch Pendant — one sweeping curve, hidden light, three finishes. The Curva is inspired by the fluid, organic forms of a drifting branch — no corners, no angles, only a single unbroken sweep of sculpted wood that bows and rises like a river seen from above. The integrated LED runs along the underside of the form, completely hidden, casting a soft downward glow that traces the curve and illuminates the wood grain from within. No. The Curva is made from real ash wood and every piece of natural wood has its own grain pattern, knot positions, and tonal variation. These are characteristics of genuine wood — not manufacturing defects. The product includes a wood grain reference image (linked above) that illustrates normal natural variation. If you receive a piece with a structural issue rather than natural grain variation, please contact our support team immediately. Which finish works best with my interior style? Natural Ash suits Japandi, Scandinavian, and warm-neutral interiors — it pairs well with linen, stone, and light oak furniture. Dark Walnut works with mid-century modern, industrial, and earth-tone schemes where richness is needed. Matte Black is the most dramatic and graphic choice — it works especially well in contemporary, minimalist, or gallery-style spaces where the sculptural form should read as a strong silhouette against a white or pale ceiling. Where does the LED light come from if the body is solid wood? The integrated LED strip runs in a channel along the underside of the sculpted wood form — fully concealed within the body. Light is emitted downward through a narrow acrylic diffuser set flush with the underside surface. From above or from the side, the light source is invisible. When lit, the glow follows and traces the organic curve of the wood, making the form itself appear to emit light. What dimmer switch is needed for the dimmable version? The dimmable version requires a Triac (thyristor) dimmer switch rated for LED loads, purchased separately. Confirm the dimmer is compatible with your specific LED driver before installation. An incorrectly rated dimmer can cause flickering or reduce the fixture’s lifespan. Is the Curva certified for North America and Europe? Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
