Yes. The coloured glass tints the light passing through the diffuser. Amber and Burgundy create a warm, moody glow that can feel quite dramatic. Green gives an organic, cool-warm mix. Blue creates a cool, saturated effect. Off-White diffuses light with the least tinting — closest to the bulb's natural colour temperature.
