Eligible quantity tiers and active offers are reflected in the indicative price. The lower eligible price applies; discounts do not stack. The provider’s quote confirms currency, scope, additional charges and validity.

Include the sample count, sizes, materials, colours, reference files and acceptance criteria in your RFQ. Ask the provider to confirm availability, sample fees, shipping and whether any fees are credited against a later order.

Ask the provider for production and transport lead times to your destination.

Specify measurable sample and inspection requirements in your brief. Agree who performs inspections, what evidence is required and how rejected samples or goods are handled before accepting a quote.

Confirm delivery terms, the named destination and the parties responsible for freight, clearance, duties and taxes with your provider.

Payment milestones, accepted methods, warranty and returns depend on the provider and product. Confirm them in writing before accepting the quote.
